With a focus on serving those who are disabled, those who are economically, racially, or socio-culturally disadvantaged, and those who live in the most rural areas of the state, West Virginia Senior Legal Aid, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and law firm dedicated to providing free civil legal services and counsel to West Virginians age 60 and older who are in need of a champion for or a defender of their legal rights and interests, or who otherwise need legal advice or assistance. West Virginia Senior Legal Aid also strives to be a significant free public source of information pertaining to legal issues affecting seniors.
