As the organization's Executive Director and Chief Legal Counsel, David Mirhoseini oversees the day-to-day operations of West Virginia Senior Legal Aid, Inc. and each of its employees and volunteers. Mr. Mirhoseini reports to West Virginia Senior Legal Aid's Board of Directors. Mr. Mirhoseini is an attorney who has been actively practicing law continuously since 1996 following his graduation from Marquette University Law School. Before taking the helm at West Virginia Senior Legal Aid in November of 2023, Mr. Mirhoseini had his own law practice, first in Wisconsin, and then since 2005, here in West Virginia after he relocated to our state.
