With a focus on serving those in greatest economic need and greatest social need, including those who are disabled, those who are economically, racially, or socio-culturally disadvantaged, and those who live in the most rural areas of the state, West Virginia Senior Legal Aid, Inc. is a nonprofit law firm dedicated to providing free civil (i.e., non-criminal) legal services and counsel to West Virginians age 60 and older who are in need of a champion for or a defender of their legal rights and interests, or who otherwise need legal advice or assistance. West Virginia Senior Legal Aid also strives to be a significant free public source of information pertaining to civil legal issues affecting seniors.
