REQUESTING SERVICES
To initially qualify for civil legal services from West Virginia Senior Legal Aid, you must be at least 60 years of age and you must also be a resident of West Virginia. So, if you are a West Virginia resident who is at least age 60 and you think that West Virginia Senior Legal Aid might be able to provide you with some kind of assistance unrelated to a potential or actual criminal matter, then please contact us by email (the most efficient method of initial contact) or by telephone leaving a message, providing us with your full name, telephone number, email address (if any), and a brief description of your legal issue and/or the assistance you are requesting of us. We will then reply to your email or telephone message as soon as we are able to do so, and together we will go from there. If you do not qualify for services yourself but are contacting us on behalf of a senior who does, then please understand that the qualifying senior will need to contact us directly before we can provide them any assistance. Please do not come to our office without an appointment. At this time, we we are not able to accept walk-ins. Thank you.
